Cell-based imaging is now ubiquitous in most academic laboratories and the data generated by modern microscopy systems are central to top quality research, often being a prerequisite for publication. Advanced microscopy applications such as high content imaging, live-cell imaging, 3D, FRAP, and FLIM are now becoming mainstream. Adding multiplex tagging, time-lapse, and multipositional imaging results in a huge data flow-a challenge in terms of data management, storage, and analysis. Choosing the most appropriate technology, both hardware and reagents, for a project can also be a headache. With publications and funding awards becoming increasingly dependent on collaborations and translational research, this webinar will seek to explore the trends in cell-based imaging both in terms of technology and application, with a special focus on fundamental disease research. This webinar is the first in a series exploring advances in imaging technology from cell to well to animal.
During the webinar, our panelists will:
